Nowadays, more and more business start-ups spring all around the word, as the mentality regarding success has changed over the past decade. However, the person in charge of that business is not always the right leader for it. The entrepreneurs are certainly creative visionaries, but not all of them are capable of running the company they started. A business idea represents only the first bricks on which a business / company will be built.

Leaders have different ways and strategies to engage their employees,depending on the size of each organization. Employees’ productivity is, most of the times, reflected in their commitment towards the organization. Therefore, every organization defines and has diverse approaches to make their workers engaged and, ultimately, more productive.
The presentation “Relationship between Trust, Distributed Leadership and Job Performance in Health Care Context: Exploring the mediating role of Job Satisfaction” was offered, on the third day of the PMA 2014 Conference, by Ajay K.
