One of the aspects today’s best talent rarely has access to, is gender balance within the organizations they target. This issue has gained interest at so many levels, that it sometimes becomes a single measure of progress looked at by prominent surveyors.

Recognition can be defined as acknowledgement and genuine appreciation of employees who have made positive contribution to the company’s success. It is an important form of feedback on the results of individual, or team efforts that has a direct impact on employees’ motivation levels.
Risk is generally regarded as an element or situation to be avoided, due to its negative impact component. However, risk simply refers to the uncertainty of the outcome an event can generate. In this sense, risk can have positive, as well as negative results. Nonetheless, because it is an area with a certain degree of mystery, risk management is, therefore, not to be overlooked or underestimated.
Never postponing activities, not avoiding activities in a recurrent manner, and finalizing everything we have in mind in due time would be an ideal of efficiency, both in the working environment and in personal life. However, this desiderate is rarely accomplished, no matter how much we try, and hence, procrastination becomes our greatest enemy.
