Measures the percentage of time spent on the development of new projects, out of the amount of time spent for all project developments.
Performance management, at least at the employee level, has received serious criticism from multinationals such as Microsoft, General Electric, Adobe, Goldman Sachs Group and Google, in the past 5 years. The traditional ranking system and KPI measurement used in the appraisal process provided little added value for the organization, for managers or for the individual. Practice has proved that a measurement system is merely a promise of improvement.
Measures the variance in terms of schedule, highlighting the percentage of work that is yet to be completed as per project schedule.
Measures the total number of conflicts that have arisen within the project team throughout the project period.
Measures the actual cost of the projects relative to the initial estimation of costs.
