June 26th was the second day of the PMA 2014 Conference 2014, held at the Aarhus University, in Denmark.
Towards the ending of the first day of the PMA 2014 Conference, Cathy Hansell, President of Breakthrough Results delivered the presentation “Accelerating Sustainability Performance by Leveraging Safety, Health & Environmental Culture”, a research study that focused on the way SHE culture, sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) help an organization achieve its goals in multiple areas.
June 25th, the first day of the 2014 PMA Conference, brought on a presentation delivered by James Grant Regan, expert in the field of Organizational Design, Development, Change and Performance, CEO at QaBe Developments, Canada.
On the 2nd day of the 2014 PMA Conference, assistant professor Jacob Brix, of the Aarhus University, along with Lois Peters, associate professor in enterprise and innovation management at the Lally School of Management, provided a presentation about the benefits of taking a radical approach to innovation management.
The first day of the 2014 PMA Conference, brought on a keynote presentation, delivered by Andy Neely, Professor and Director at the Cambridge Service Alliance, of the Cambridge University and PMA Chair.
Dubbed “Strategic Performance management: Past, Present and Potential” the presentation brought on a practical example, that of the British Airways’ implementation of their customer satisfaction program and suggested a new framework for performance management, in what Professor Neely calls a “turbulent” chapter in the development of mankind.
