On the first day of the Supply Chain Analytics Conference, The KPI Institute’s Head of Research Programs, Cristina Tărâță, delivered the presentation “Key Performance Indicators to Drive Supplier Excellence.”
As Swarovski, as a company, doesn’t need any introduction or presentation, its organizational structure, though, may not be familiar to many.
