The presentation “Developing a neuropsychological measurement to capture workplace learning” was held, on the third day of the PMA 2014 Conference, by Yvonne Lagrosen, Associate Professor at University West, Sweden, and Fred Travis, from Maharishi University of Management, USA.
The series of parallel sessions from the third day of the PMA 2014 Conference was titled “Variations in the Circumplex Model of Affect Across Contexts” and was delivered by Professors Dan Mønster, Dorthe Døjbak Håkonsson, Jacob Eskildsen and Børge Obel, from the Aarhus University, along with Richard M. Burton, from Duke University, and Linda Argote, from the Carnegie Mellon University.
Along with presentations about operational performance, sustainability and strategy, the second day of the PMA 2014 Conference also brought research studies related to individual performance – employee engagement, employee satisfaction and other human capital related issues that might affect organizational performance.
The presentation “Disciplined collaborative performance as the road to results” was offered, in the second day of the PMA 2014 Conference, by Mary Jo Hall, from Gambrough Group, DeVry University, and Association for Talent Development, USA.
“Self-Efficacy and Vertical Trust as Predictors of Distributed Leadership in Danish Helath Care Context” is the name of the presentation, brought by Ajay K. Jain and Hans Jeppe Jeppesen, of the Indian Management Development Institute, and Thomas Jønsson, of the Aarhus University, on the 2nd day of the 2014 PMA Conference.
