Following the presentation, held on June 25th, the first day of the 2014 PMA Conference, James Grant Regan, expert in the field of Organizational Design, Development, Change and Performance, CEO at QaBe Developments, Canada, held a workshop, on the theme of designing an organizational performance culture.
The second day of the 2014 PMA Conference, brought a presentation dubbed “Exploring Performance Measurement Systems in a Service Context”, authored by Juhani Ukko, Sanna Pekkola, Oona Takala,
Hannu Rantanen, all researchers at the Lappeenranta University of Technology, School of Industrial Engineering and Management, of the Lahti School of Innovation.
Day 2 of the 2014 PMA Conference, held in Aarhus, Denmark, brought on an array of presentations, among which, a paper dubbed “The Uses of Measures in Performance Prism in Different Organizational Cultures”.
Jean-Paul Peronard, Associate Professor at Aarhus University, gave a presentation, dubbed “Managing Inter-organisational Networks for Customer Value”, on the 2nd day of the PMA 2014 Conference.
Based on the homonym study, the presentation brought insights on how to identify and manage inter-organisational networks.
Dr. Barbara Krumay, Stefan Bauer and Mag. Sebastian Margiol from the Institute for Information Management and Control of the Vienna University presented a paper titled “Measurement Beyond Financial Performance: Security and Privacy”, on the second day of the 2014 PMA Conference.
