In a business world governed by benchmarks, targets and objectives, it is essential not to lose sight of a potentially valuable resource: the personal initiative. The second day of the 11th HR Metrics Summit continued with a number of speeches, but it also included panels, which were a good opportunity for participants to interact one with another, to share experiences and learn from the outcomes of their fellow colleagues.

An aspect that can ensure employees’ commitment to the established strategy and their support in achieving the organizational goals is motivation, an element that is often under-utilized by managers.
