Strategy Leaders is the Middle East’s premier strategy development and execution programme, addressing top-of-mind priorities for forward thinking leaders in businesses and public organisations across the region. Hosting three internationally acclaimed strategy leaders and the best in class regional innovators, the event aims to provide a collective experience required to develop and execute successful growth strategies for sustained business excellence.

The event is organized by IIR Middle East at The Address Hotel Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The KPI Institute is an associate sponsor of Strategy Leaders Forum.

The journey of this event starts with a pre-forum workshop and ends with a post-forum workshop. In between, there will be three days of presentations about strategy selection, organisational performance and balanced scorecard.

The KPI Institute’s contribution in Strategy Leaders Forum is made through the workshop about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) delivered by Adrian Brudan, Director of Research Programs.
